I’m noticing that Starbucks seems to let certain ones slide (the more playful ones), but they crack down on ones that could be/are considered inappropriate or negative towards the company. I say this as one of our baristas went viral a few months back over a video in which he removed his shirt and he almost got fired (our DM thought the video was funny so he was lucky), but a shift friend of mine posts tiktoks all the time that get thousands of views and nothing is said to him.

I worry about this constantly for my former barista's they make tiktoks often and I've just been sitting there like "how long til sbux finds them" ; A ;
