Customers Tipping on Mobile App? (self.starbucksbaristas)

QUESTION: can you guys tell/see if a mobile order customer has tipped you guys in the app before you make the drink?
I have a regular location I go to most mornings on my way to work, and since I live really close (>5 minutes away), I like to order on the mobile app as I'm getting in the car to head over.
One day, I tipped BEFORE I arrived at the store, and that day, I received a venti instead of the grande I ordered :D . Was wondering if that was a total coincidence/stroke of luck, or if I had been smiled upon by the Starbucks gods and goddesses.

Could be wrong but I don't believe there's any way for us to see that on our end. To be honest sometimes we grab the wrong cups and it works to your favor. 😂

We can't see if you tipped in the moment but we DO get them, when shifts unassign from the main register drawer it prompts us to take out the digital tips we get a little slip telling us how much was given we turn it into cash and account for it in the system, so long answer short we dont see them but we feel them even if we dont think we do
