I’m just ranting a bit here but It is absolutely annoying and rude how some customers will keep both earbuds in and talk loudly to us. I have questions to ask! Do you need a splash stick? Do you need room for cream? Do you need a straw? TALK TO ME!
Whats worse is when they continue on with their phone calls when they’re at the register and telling me to wait.... like.. wtf? On days where I have very little patience, I will ask them to move to the side if they’re not ready so I can take the person behind them, or just walk away and wash dishes, or start another pot of coffee, or even walk out of the kiosk to change the half and half. Most of the time, I just talk to them and pretend like they’re not in the middle of a conversation.
