Our store is a high risk store for burglary and stuff. That's why theres a lock on the back door like that. My old store wasn't like that either

It's not food though it's just paper bags. I think the ones for ground coffee that we dont use. At least when I worked in grocery, the rule was that only food items needed to be off the floor

🤫 You know that door isn’t really locked, the key just cuts the alarm. Closing shift forgot his key once and removed 9V battery on side opened door... problem solved 💥

For those asking: the box under the shelves on the left is a box of those weird skinny paper bags with the wire at the top that we dont actually use (at least at the stores I've worked at). Its not a food item....

Those are bags for selling pounds of ground coffee so yes they need to be treated just as food. Food goes in them.

Corrective action as in a write up. Whoever left this for someone else would be written up at my store, that's way too many hazards and it's obviously been a problem that's been discussed as there's a sign about not doing that right there on the door
