if your store only has hats it may be bc of local food service regulations. we can only wear the hats at my store and we must have them on, but when i travel i see baristas in visors, their own beanies, or no hat at all

at our store there’s no regulations like that! most of our baristas just wear their hair up. but i would personally like to wear a visor (for comfort and to put pins on haha!)

You can sign up for coffee gear even if you work at a licensed store!! There should be an option if you scroll down the front page it says LS Registration. I’ve found visors on eBay as well
