Hate making both Caramel Crunch and Mocha Cookie Crumble during happy hour because you have to pour the frap on the side of the cup or else the whipped cream will just float to the top like an underwear in a swimming pool.

Try pouring the frap directly on top of the bottom whipped cream. The frap being way denser than the airy whipped cream will cause it to float when it's not poured slowly. Taking 5 seconds of your time to pour it during happy hour sets you back.

Edit: Not float to the top per se but it will set in the middle of the drink rather than the bottom where it's supposed to be.

Huh... I get what you're saying now but I've genuinely never had this problem before, and I've barred many peaks and HHs. I will do some experimenting with it on my next shift though xD seems fun

At least caramel and ribbon crunch use different types of caramel. The only difference between java chip and mocha cookie is the whipped cream.

When your store doesn’t have the dark caramel they’re identical without the whip lol. We haven’t had it since I started in November.

Oh I think you’re thinking of the Ultra Caramel Frappuccino, that was discontinued. The newer layered fraps get regular whip.

You’re thinking the s’mores frappuccino. Which, honestly, was even more of a pain to craft. It had different whip, two kinds of chocolate and a gram cracker topping.

The cold brew whip and the marshmallow whip have both been discontinued. However, neither are used in the mocha cookie crumble.
