Bring from home lunch ideas!!!(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by itzelsays
Ok so I need all of your ideas on stuff I could bring from home for lunch during my shift??
I get a little bored of the food options at work from time to time or we're sometimes out of my go-to's.
I've considered making the most of the hot water tap and bringing in ramen or easy mac but I would love other suggestions!!

I have a bento box that I bring in sometimes, and I’ll make a sandwich, throw in some apple slices and grapes. I’ve done my own cheese and meat combo with some fruit. Chicken or tuna salad with crackers. Also, Pinterest is loaded with ideas for lunches that don’t require heating if your store doesn’t have a microwave.

Yes! I got a bento box for the White Elephant gift exchange for my store's holiday party, and I use it all the time. Today, I threw in dinner leftovers of roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and tofu.

The store I trained at had one. And apparently the store I’m at now used to have one but no one ever cleaned it, so they got rid of it 😞

Vietnamese BBQ chicken wrap or salad. You can cook a huge batch, it’s delicious cold or hot, and you can just grab and go.

Have you tried throwing in the turkey Swiss sandwich or the chicken wrap from the protein boxes in the ovens? Amazing. I know it’s not from home but man it’s good

I bake some chicken breasts with whatever seasonings I want and then get our avocado spread to dip it in. It's pretty good, plus you can keep it in a lunch bag with an ice pack so you dont have to worry about fridge space
