Context : I just started working here, felt pretty un-welcomed the first week but once I started getting a little out my shell I thought things were getting better. My SM embarrasses me, calls me out, and overall I get a very two-faced kind of energy from her. She acts nice to literally everyone else but me, so it seems. But, when I was interviewed I was told and practically promised 25 hours a week after my training was over. Which was a joke. I’m here actually being scheduled less than 10 hours even though I had open availability, and stated I wanted to work as much as possible.
But this borderline unfair treatment is making me not want to work there at all, but I wanted to hang in tight to just get some consistent work experience, so I requested through the app that I’d like to just work weekends, I get a text from her saying that she denied it and needed to talk with me face to face although she’s only been scheduling me two days out of the week anyway!
This SM is nit picking every single thing I do, although I’m watching literally everyone else around me do the same thing and she doesn’t say sh** she treats me like a child and I’m just tired of being degraded and belittled.

I'm sorry your SM sucks. They can be hypocritical sometimes. Only scheduling you for like two shifts in a week, but when you say, okay, schedule me for two but only two specific days so I can do other things with my life, all of a sudden you're inconveniencing them because they'll use your 90% availability to fill in like 2 shifts. And that's it. Like ew gross.

But your drawing style is super cute and I like it!
