I haven’t used Starbucks EAP yet, but I had access to it when I worked for a mutual fund company back in the day. It was very helpful and if you need to talk to someone, I highly recommend taking advantage of it. I mean, obviously talk to family and friends too if you can, but if you don’t think you have anyone to talk to, you can DM me.
