Yeah... it was super busy INSIDE the store when she came. But drive theu was dead at the moment. She always comes through the drive thru. I think she circles the parking lot waiting for the line to go down before she hops in line. But it never fails that cafe has exploded when she finally gets there. I think she can sense it or something.

That is true. I’m sure she does think she’s being courteous. And to be perfectly honest, it’s not the amount of time it takes that bothers me the most... it’s the SMELL that lingers after they are cooked twice. They are burnt little balls of dough around scalded cream cheese and the smell is... bracing to say the least. And this acrid scent gets in my hair and my clothes and I’ll smell it the rest of the day. It makes most of us queasy to have to smell it. The window times are just the icing on the overly burnt cake.

Oh my god!! We have one of those! So frustrating! We have another who comes through and wants her butter croissant warmed 2x. I mean, it’s just a butter croissant so it doesn’t take THAT long, but she wants that croissant practically burned and 2x is never enough. So I always tell whoever is on warming to do it on 2 croissants twice. Otherwise she will just send it back.
