Get the cleaning keg
Put 2 1/2 gallons of water in keg and a packet of K5 cleaner
Put lid on keg

Bring to Nitro fridge
Unhook current keg and attach cleaning keg
Hook the Y strap looking clear tubes to the taps
Open both taps and click thru the screen until it brings you to the screen where it says it’s cycling the cleaning keg stuff thru

When done, close both taps

Disconnect cleaning keg and connect cold brew keg
Open taps until screen says its good to go

We might have a different set up, but we will do the keg with the cleaner and after that runs, run through two kegs with just cold water to make sure there’s no cleaning solution left in the lines.

Our nitro fridge has a screen on it that also walks us thru step by step each time. If yours doesn’t, idk the exact timings of each step but I can imagine it would be when each thing runs empty...except for the last part when you reattach the cold brew keg
