lady comes to drive thru and asks for her stars when she has no balance/$ in her starbs card. i tell her that she needs money in her starbs card in order for her to get the stars. she lashes out at me saying "YOU WERENT TRAINED RIGHT" "GIVE ME YOUR NAME" "I GOT STARS WITHOUT BALANCE IN A DIFFERENT STARBS BEFORE" blablabla. i keep my cool but she keeps saying i wasnt trained right and that im a terrible worker. she asks me questions like where i go to school and i answer honestly to relieve some of the tension and when i tell her my major (business adminstration), shes like "nope that was a bad choice. you wont get anywhere in life with that." ok? have a good day

I had a similar encounter with a regular customer when I told him my major was Textile EnHindering he said “oh, that’s a dying career”, they really get me fired up!

im talking about recieving stars, not redeeming them. so yeah she was double wrong there
