I'm not sure about SOCAL, but I have seen licensed stores (stores in target or grocery stores) with some nice valentine's cups.

^^^^this. Licensed stores tend to have more than a corporate for some reason. I would try a Ralph’s for sure ! I live in socal and so far Ralph’s is the only place I’ve seen valentines day themed cups.
