My first day was literally the exact same way, especially the quiet part. the first day was mostly computer stuff, but my second day was real fun since i was on the floor with great coworkers, who most of them are sadly gone. It’ll get more fun dw :)

Your first day on bar will be the real test. Pay attention. Ask questions if you aren't understanding. Its a lot of info all at once and no one expects you to remember it all. I'm a 211 partner and I started scared with no coffee knowledge. You can do eet!

It can be overwhelming!!! But you can do it. Take as mich time as you need go warm up. From one Serena to another, it will come with time :)

Dude the first day was exactly the same I did modules from like 2pm to 10 or something crazy like that. I spoke to a couple shifts and that’s it.

Try to memorize the recipes from the register, it helps a lot. Always ask questions, your coworkers are always there to help.

Everyone is nervous the first day! I didn’t talk much to my partners either but now they’re literally my best friends. After your modules (for me anyways) they had me do customer support (personally my least favorite😂) then I did register and bar. You’ll learn to like every position as you go but be sure to update us on how you’re doing!!💚💚

I’m two weeks in. The modules are a bit boring but you’ll be out with your fellow partners soon enough and be “thrown into the fire” as I call it. First is CS, then register... then bar. CS and register is easier than bar, at least at first.
