if you come into my drive through and order from the passenger side of the vehicle, and when I politely inform you that I can't hear you from the passenger side and you just say "I know!" and keep going, and THEN you come up to the window with partner numbers, I'm going to come to your store and order three venti ice waters from the hand off plane while you're in your barring zone. oh my god i just did this literally 10 minutes ago after i got off i even had my starbucks hat still on but in all fairness my mom is deathly afraid to order her own drinks so i had to reach over and yell 😭

oh i forgot to mention it wasnt my store hahah! before i got off i asked my mom if she wanted anything she said no but halfway home she changed her mind so we went to a diff store

We have a partner from another store that comes through during the middle of our Saturday morning peak and orders $30+ dollars worth of food and drinks at the drive through. And he takes forever, it’s not like he knows exactly what he wants and rattles it off. It’s always a mix of bullshit customized drinks and breakfast sandwiches and it’s like, “I’ll have uhhh... oh yeah, and can I add uhhhhhhhh....”
I would be embarrassed to pull that crap and then pull up and say, “oh yeah, I have partner numbers”. Come inside, or, at least mobile order, give us an appropriate amount of time to prepare it, and then come through drive through.
