(sorry in advance for the long winded response)
I’ve had a bunch of inconsistent answers on this, everything from “no blending anything that doesn’t come blended as standard” and “you have to ring it in as a syrup crème frappuccino and add modifiers as necessary (e.g. blended SARCO = syrup crème + coconut milk + SAR base + strawberry inclusions + no whip)” to “yeah go ahead so long as you’re not blending anything hot” and “mAkE tHe mOmEnT rIgHt!¡!¡”
What has been consistent is that because there is no way to add coffee/crème base, we can’t add that to make things blend more smoothly. Otherwise, we already have very similar blended drinks from corporate that have all the things we’re often told we shouldn’t be blending (essentially, the Pokémon Go! frappuccino had blackberry inclusions, the blended strawberry lemonade has juice/lemonade, those godawful blended cold brew smoothie nightmares had a whole host of disgusting nonsense including—but not limited to—almond butter and date purée, the old smoothies had whey protein and bananas… etc.) so if the customer is being nice about it to me then I don’t really have a problem.
Having said that, the Beverage Resource Manual should answer your question somewhere within its many pages. And if in doubt, just ask your manager/shift supervisor; over a relatively small issue, it’s better to clarify with them and be in their good graces than argue even if they’re in the wrong.

The official answer will be in the beverage resource manual. My SM says to just do it for most things, and if it would be the same as a coffee frap or espresso frap to charge the person for that drink instead.
