my store has it! it's a partnership with uber eats. you'll have a tablet dedicated to it, and when you get orders, they'll show up there, and that's where you can mark them as ready for pickup (drivers will probably still come ask you though lol). stickers will also come through as normal, but where it would say "cafe" or "mobile", it'll say "delivery". you'll probably get some training or a printout of the steps (my store has an official-looking printout that was helpful enough for me, a green bean, to figure out on my own) for how to package them for pickup!

my team's a little frustrated with it because we're the busiest store in the area, but overall, it's very straightforward! not much different than mobile orders, just a few extra steps for bagging them securely and making sure food safety is maintained on the drive (which just means sealing with stickers lol). good luck!

My store got delivery about 2 months ago. It's a minor annoyance, mostly because our store is small, and there was no good place to put the extra station for delivery. If your store has extra counter space and BOH storage space for more bags and cup holders etc, then it won't be that big of a deal.

It's like a mobile, except we package the bag differently, and an uber driver picks it up instead of the customer.
