She’s probably “hiding” labor so she can schedule what you really need and you all don’t lose hours.

I know that’s not it because we have shit labor. And she constantly schedules herself and then only works 40% of her shift and then goes home. I don’t know if her hours effect our labor though.

Pay is the same for training and coverage. Probably using budgeted training time to make up for a shortage of coverage time.

Or they’re scamming the company and are paying whoever she has as a Barista “Trainer” the extra bonuses 🤷🏻♂️ but that’s just a thought.

Not true. Can't give bonuses without Partner Numbers and you can't give training bonuses multiple times for the same partner number
