A woman just came through ordered a grande peppermint mocha, I repeated it back to her and she said that was right. I was about to hand it out and she told me it was supposed to be a Venti. I turned around, put it in a venti cup, added more milk, one more pump of mocha and peppermint. Went back to the window and she said “DID YOU JUST PUT MILK IN THERE? It’s supposed to come with more coffee!” Well jokes on you Karen, a venti and grande only have two shots unless it’s iced.

I ended up giving her the drink for free because she was being so rude and I wasn’t going above and beyond to be nice. And that is how Starbucks is letting people get away with temper tantrum drinks.
