Last year I got a hernia from taking out the trash. I had to get surgery and everything. Talk to your SM and they will give you a website/number. I never got drug tested. Just make sure to keep a paper trail of everything! The steps to putting in a claim are pretty straight forward and you’ll probably have to fill out an incident report as the first step. i was not drug tested but also had an absolutely terrible experience with sedgwick. my only advice is to stick your ground and don’t let them bully you, fight for yourself. best of luck, hope you get a good case worker.
