Loads to unpack here. I'm an SM, so I'll answer this as if you were partner at my store.
Starbucks offers free counseling and resources through the EAP (employee assistance program). I don't think this would be considered Therapy, more so just counseling.
If you have met benefits eligibilities for Health Insurance Coverage, many plans do offer assistance for psych and therapy sessions. My KP plan allows me to have sessions for $20 and has helped me tremendously.
I recommended first reaching out to the EAP and then reaching out to the Benefits Contact Center. Bother numbers can be found on the partner hub as well as the Daily Records Book (the one where you enter time clock edits). You'll find those number at the very front.
I hope this helps, an best of luck in your mental health journey. The first step is to awknowledge, and then take action.

So therapy won’t get you a dx for anxiety and depression.
I’m not saying don’t utilize therapy, it’s an amazing resource.
But a psychiatrist is the only one who can diagnose and prescribe medication.
So talk it out in those 6 free sessions but if you have a diagnosis...
Those are an awesome perk for free visits.
But you’ll need more than bi monthly therapy.
