does anyone else get really anxious before working? i know it’s gonna be fine but i always freak out in my car before i walk inside.

Hahaha omg I just posted on something like this mine was I get anxious after being off more than 3 days but then I got anxiety haha 😆 let’s be friends haha I’m barely on 6 months soo

Same :/ but I have anxiety in general so it’s not a surprise. I do think the caffeine I’ve been drinking recently doesn’t help.

I always get super anxious if I haven’t worked in a few days but EVEN MORE when I go in after calling out sick

Many factors here. lol. Do you abuse your free coffee advantage? Haha. I had to cut back on caffeine cause it was doing my anxiety no good.
Also if The atmosphere is wack(people who are working that day, amount of business, stuff in my personal life/partners social life not being checked at the door) then it makes me feel very anxious.

lol i mainly drink water but i honestly think it’s because of a certain someone i work with lol. shes cool and all but also really stresses me out really bad.

I had to transfer cause I literally was not happy and sooo stressed going in to work I hated it was their for like 5 months and decided to transfer I’m way better than before but I work tomorrow which is HH so yeah let’s see how my anxiety gets haha

It’s just anxiety it sucks and we tend to over things and once we get their I’m like it was a good day
