my coworker just sent me a picture of a shot glass shattered on the floor. it was only a matter of time until someone broke a ‘shatter proof’ shot glass. how many has your store broken so far?

Yeah. It slipped after making a caramel macchiato and bounced 7 times before it poofed into violent shards of doom. The partners on the floor just stared in awe for about 5 seconds. Total confirmed poofings: 1

If you drop one about 3ft into the sinks, they’re shatter proof. However, one of my fellow baristas slamming one in the parking lot? Not shatter proof 😂

We broke one too. The new shotglasses are cool because you can see the shots but everything else about them is significantly worse than the old ones

Haha. When we unboxed ours, we attempted to take bets. Surprisingly, we haven't lost any quite yet. But we've broken about everything else since then.

We broke one 2 days after receiving them. Damn thing shattered into so many pieces and SO FAR. There was glass shards at the opposite end of the bar. Great thinking Starbucks :/
