It depends on the drink. For example, if someone wants a hot grande americano and half and half (cold) then I don’t charge. But if they’re asking for 1/3 of the cup with steamed half and half then yes, I absolutely do charge. Either way customers will be angry when you charge them and explain why we charge any modification over 4oz.
