Best Starbucks roasts for making cold brew at home? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm going to be making immersion cold brew at home soon and I want to be able to use my markout for it so it'll be free. I really like the cold brew we have at starbucks, if that helps at all, and my favorite hot roast is siren's blend.

Kenya, Guatemala Antigua, Guatemala Casi Cielo, Anniversary Blend are the only ones I've tried that were good

I know someone used sirens blend for cold brew and they said it turned out really well

Yeah I haven't seen it be recommended because it's new but I feel like the cocoa tones would make it really good

I make cold brew all the time with my mark outs. African coffees make the best cold brew.
