I do this shit too, everyone thinks I'm super professional and honestly, it's like I cant ever see these people outside of work because it would shatter their entire reality of me. 🤣😂

Lmao, my manager always says “everyone loves you and you are always so good at calming people down when it’s stressful” and I just think about how much I cry at home 🤭👀👀👀

Customer service voice is baby voice for boomers

This is pretty much the only skill I needed to become a shift at my store.
Now I just try to teach shy people how to do it in Drive

Yea I use to switch on and off too but I've come to terms with that as long as I don't do or say anything harsh enough to get me fired I don't have to put up much of a front. We get paid the same either way so why bother.

I would get multiple comments from customers every day about how perky and happy I was lol. NOPE it's just an act, I hated my job and was exhausted every day, glad you enjoyed the show though! 🙃

I really enjoy when regulars I know well come in and I can drop the customer service front for five minutes
