It’s looking good so far! I’d suggest aerating the milk less and focusing on getting that whirlpool of milk in your pitcher. As for the contrast, there will sometimes be a build up of foam at the tip of the pitcher, if you gently splash some out before pouring your shot won’t be over run with foam immediately.
