I totally agree. I'm a year partner, and I've always looked up to our local CM. I've been asking about training for six months only to find out it was discontinued and replaced by the CA Program. I was disappointed when I didn't see any incentives, but I'm so happy there's a new black apron. I just hope it still says Coffee Master!😂

The one Coffee Master in my store likes to lord over everyone how she's the only one with a black apron because the Coffee Master program ended before our store even opened. She wears it all the freaking time. I just want to show up one day and be like 'ohhh what's that? You're not the only black apron in the place?!' because I'm not petty or anything.

That's great. I totally support that. My CM is great and was a key part of my re-training because I worked at a mom and pop coffee shop before Starbucks.

Literally fuck this. I did all the training for the CM program and only had to do my seminar and the program was cancelled and so I wasn’t allowed to get my black apron. So a friend who was a CM and got fired for a bullshit reason gave me his black aprons and I wear that shit. This is part of the reason I just gave my two weeks.
