DT lady: I ordered ahead
Coworker: sorry?
DT lady: (exasperated) I ORDERED AHEAD
Coworker: oh you mobile ordered? What was the name?
DT lady: MOBILE ORDER???? what is that
Coworker: if you ordered ahead it was probably a mobile order, what was the name?
DT lady: it was for [her full name, w/ last name]
Coworker: okay we’ll have that for you at the window
DT lady: *drives ahead wordlessly*
all of us: 🤷♀️
DT lady: I ordered ahead

One time a guy was just repeating "venti" to our DTR person, so she said, "a venti what?" This man said, "a venti breve extra hot latte with an extra shot and 2 raw sugars"

Oh honey.. we have a customer we affectionately named “Dragon lady” who has literally tried to run me over when I was changed the DT signs once.
This is how she orders, “MY MATCHA GREEN TEA FRAPPUCCINO!!” & pulls forward..
By which she means a grande matcha frap with extra ice, extra caramel drizzle and extra caramel sugar topping. She’s a special kind of person.

Imagine being new and having to take her order without someone that knows it by your side. What do these people even expect us to do? Remember each and every customers personal drinks? I can hardly remember more than 3 of my semi regulars drinks.

Oh my gosh. At my store we have a lady who comes everyday in drive and orders like this “I’ll have Michelle’s drink” and pulls forward. Not everyone at my store knows this lady. Her drink is a Venti iced green tea latte, nonfat, SF vanilla, stirred and add whip.

Oh she’s extremely rude to new people, she’ll literally drive off and go harass partners in another store if someone new is on DT and she’s ordering. Good riddance? :/
