Oh tarbucks I’m an actual Starbucks partner applying to target because they make more by me. They have offered me other jobs but not in Starbucks and that’s what I was looking for. Is that just this random target being difficult or do you usually get hired on for other positions first? Is this a tarbucks? I’m guessing from the red in the background lol

Oh I def make more than that now. The baristas at tarbucks by me make 16 an hour I make 15.75 which is “capped” my dm says I’m Also a almost 7 year partner tho. Weird

I would say it probably just depends on how that target is staffed already, I worked at Starbucks for 2 years almost and was offered the job at the tarbux I applied to last fall on the spot.

Ohhhh that makes sense I’m trying to get into that tarbucks store because I know they make more than me and I’m like maxed out and can’t make more as my position. I have 2 jobs so we will see lol

That’s trash.. do you get free water cups at least? I only drink the coffee- no special frappes or lattes or refreshers or any of that. I can manage to purchase one coffee a day and drink water the rest. Tarbux pays $13 near me and I only get $9.50.. also, do you mind if I ask you a few questions about the differences of target and corporate stores?
