I hate when customers say they're in a hurry. Had a customer huff and give us attitude because we were switching baristas on DTO/R and was like "I dont want to be late for work." And i wanted to respond so bad, "then why are you stopping at Starbucks?" Like your failure to manage your time is not my problem.

Oh god I love when people try to be like "I've been waiting for 20 minutes" because I always come back with, "well actually it's only been 8".

had a lady get aggressive as hell with me and try to shove her card at me complaining about “ive been waiting for 20 minutes” ... looked up and the screen said 3 🤔

Gotta love when there’s a line out the door and it’s clearly gonna take a while, but then they bitch about it even though they made the stupid choice to get a drink.

Had a lady get mad about her wait yesterday during happy hour cause it was taking a long time for her frappaccino and I pointed out the 15+ drinks lined up for cold bev and was like "we're getting through drinks as fast as possible" but grown ass adults dont understand the concept of wait your turn and she huffed about the horrible service. Dont come in during happy hour and order a frappaccino if you arent willing to wait for it.
