You should get angry and unionize. $1
Nalin90 [OP] 28 points 3y ago
$1
You do not have to put up with employer abuse. You deserve a living wage and full-time employment if you desire it. We have power in numbers. Unionize.

How old is this? Howard Schultz isn't the CEO anymore.
Nalin90 [OP] 7 points 3y ago
The comic is old but it still applies regardless of who is CEO. Whoever it is is still getting fat off our hard work and labor while we are paid starvation wages.

I feel like you should specify which state you're in, out here in Illinois Starbucks is one of the better jobs you can get in that experience range, at least where I am it is

Better doesnt mean great or moral. Do they hire fulltime? Do the provide free healthcare? Is the pay 3x the monthly rent for a 2 bedroom apartment? If not, then they arent providing a living wage. And why should we settle for a living wage? I want a thriving wage.

Again, where I live specifically, it is pretty great, considering all the open jobs near me benefits wise it's pretty dope, plus, free college really helps out money wise

Nalin90 [OP] 1 points 3y ago

Why they don’t post anymore n Twitter? The Union is gone? :(
Nalin90 [OP] 1 points 3y ago
Which one? The one listed in the comic? Cause yes it's gone. But $1 represents workers of all industries and can help you unionize your work place.
IniciandoElHackeo 0 points 3y ago
Ok but how much of my check would the union take? And would I be able to opt out of it was too high?

They have a sliding scale of dues, not a percentage!
