I absolutely hate having to ask customers "What size?" after every single drink they order. They can tell me every single modifier they want, all the non-dairy milks, extra shots, and more pumps of syrup, but not the SIZE OF THE DRINK. Especially when they don't want a grande which is the 'regular' size.

What’s worse is people who tell you all the modifications before they tell you what drink to modify. “Soy extra shot extra hot no whip 4 pump”
“What drink ma’am”
“Mocha.”
“Okay and it was soy milk with what else”
“UGH IT WAS SOY BLAH BLAH”
Like yeah I bet your memory is better than mine, come do my job

this can be helped by punching in the mods before the drink! It’ll say Grande [Drink] while you do it but it’ll work.

Go to the bottom right tab and enter the light ice, then go to syrups and enter Vanilla, Pumps, 3, then go to the “other” tab and select STR, then do it all over again when they say with lemonade because it’s a different drink button! Easy peasy! /s

I hate when the customer has you ring up a drink ‘piece meal’...quad shots on ice in venti cup with 6 pumps vanilla, an extra shot, a ‘splash’ of almond milk, WC and a splash of cream. Sounds like an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot and almond milk!!! And our store manager lets her get away with it. WTF. 🤬

When people ask for a nitro lid after I've already handed them a drink without one. Or when people wait in a long drive thru line and order for a personal cup.
