Hello
My partner is looking to join Starbucks as a barista to fund a future MBA. Does anyone know if the tuition benefit covers this since it isn’t undergraduate? I have heard conflicting things around the Internet :)

My manager told me 2 months ago that it’s only your first bachelor’s degree they will fund! I was hoping to go back for a second bachelor’s but all Starbucks currently offers through ASU is a first bachelor’s as far as I’m aware.

I heard rumblings that this was changing but haven’t heard anything concrete. I’m waiting for it to change because I’d love to get my MBA through there. If anyone hears otherwise, let us all know! It’d be amazing but so far it’s just the first bachelors they’ll help with. It may be different for corporate though.

To original poster: as of today, it is just first time Bachelor holders through ASU online.
I've also heard rumblings recently about a Masters program, but when I asked on here a few weeks ago, it seemed that other partners were getting a no when asking DMs. I should be graduating at the end of this year and would stick around at SB longer if getting my Master's was an option. What an amazing opportunity 😍

nope. first bachelor's degree only. if you have a BA/BS already then you're not eligible.
