Double shot on ice: T - 2 shots G- 3 shots V - 5 shots
Syrups: Lattes/mochas: S - 2 T - 3 G - 4 V - 5 (gets 1 extra shot if iced)
Caramel Mac and cap: S - 1 T - 2 G - 3 V - 4 (5 for iced)
Double shot: T - 2 G - 3 V - 5
Green tea latte gets 1/2/3/4 scoops
Iced coffee gets 3/4/6/7 syrups
Fraps get 2/3/4 of everything (FROAST/syrup/base)
Everything gets 2% automatically minus flat white that gets whole and skinny gets non fat with sugar free syrups and no whip/toppings - unless otherwise stated.
Cold brew gets filled to 3rd line then ice/lid, unless ordered with milk stuff then it’s 2nd line then fill to 3rd with milk and add ice. Cold brew gets 3/4/6/7 syrup pumps.
Cloud macchiatos get the same as caramel except we add cloud powder to the milk before steaming, correct?
I know this is a lot but it’s my biggest struggle with this whole job so I’m trying to make a shortened list to keep reviewing. I’ve got steaming/shot pulling down, it’s just remembering shots and syrups that kill me. 😫

> CMs get an extra pump if iced)
Iced caramel macchiatos syrup pumps are 2/3/5 for t/g/v! So same as hot except for venti. It’s just one less of whatever it is normally for a latte

Fraps are 2/3/4 unless you’re using hot bar pumps which means it’s 1/2/2 !

We have a cold bar but thank you!

My partners don’t seem very helpful during my shifts - either are stand-offish or busy so I can’t pepper them with questions about it.
They already complain and huff with how slow I am so I’m trying to not be so needy.

You can always check the recipe cards and the POS if you don't know a recipe.
SirenGreenBean [OP]5 points3y ago
I know, but I’m usually only working 4-5 hours and they’re during busy times. I wanted to be able to study them and get them memorized when not working.

Now I'm doubting myself because no one else has commented on this, and I work at tarbux, and we all know they dont care about proper training. But I've always been taught that cold brew gets poured to the bottom line, then water to the top line, then ice
SirenGreenBean [OP]1 points3y ago
Mine comes premixed so we don’t add water. Tarbux doesn’t mix there’s prior. That’s all :)

I'm not sure what you mean by the second listing of "double shot"
Only mistake is venti iced gtl's still only get 4 scoops
Lilium8162 points3y ago
Also cold brews follow the standard pumps of syrup
T-3 g-4 v-6 tr-7
jchbegg3 points3y ago
That's only if you're using a CBS pump, for hot bar pumps it is 1/2/3/4
ilovebrandonj1 points3y ago
Only for specialty cold brews like SCCFCB. For example a standard cold brew with hazelnut gets hot bar pumps 3/4/6/7
SirenGreenBean [OP]1 points3y ago
We have a cold bar, but that’s good to know, thanks!
SirenGreenBean [OP]1 points3y ago
Okay thanks. I was going off the cold brew on the app for vanilla sweet cream cold brew

Pumps of syrups. Thanks for the heads up on the iced GTL.
Lilium8163 points3y ago
Double shots on ice get the same syrups as they do shots.
SirenGreenBean [OP]1 points3y ago
Okay thanks. That’s why I was verifying cause I knew I got stuff wrong 🤷🏻♀️
