Today was a terrible day-even for a sunday. \*edit- i live in the usa in the south in the part of town with all the megachurches so sundays are especially hellacious\*

No manager,(borrowing from another store until our manager arrives next month)

Lazy shift who does nothing and always has the old manager to cover their ass on sundays

an insane amount of tshirts advertising the current president of this country (do they get points for wearing that shit to church)

I was scheduled of 2 hours alone in the store. Thanks to my kickass SSVs for working it out to have 2 on the floor during after church rush at least.

BUT: my coworkers give me such inspiration that I just cant quit this job. and except for one person all day, the customers were quite understanding of our understaffed situation.

To others struggling in this difficult line of employment: is there one coworker or customer that inspires you? Someone who is always kind with a great attitude and supporting others around them? I'm so luck to have many of those. I try to be more like them.
