last night we had a closing pop and the last customer ordered his wife’s drink wrong so it got made wrong, but i remade it for him apologized blah blah. then he got his americano which i was almost 100%sure he asked for cream so i handed it out and we closed. then he called the store and was very angry and said he did not want cream and we couldn’t do anything because we closed and i felt so bad, he was pretty mad. last night was such a stressful shift and i feel so so bad that i messed up his drink and we couldn’t fix it, honestly by that time my brain was melted and on auto pilot so i don’t know if i read the sticker wrong or if i put the drink wrong. just UGH
