Ok I’m not an expert on coffee I’m still pretty new to this but what about this drink is a flat white? Don’t the long shots defeat the whole purpose ?? (i.redd.it)

from what i’ve been told, ristretto shots pull the caffeine from the espresso differently, making it a little stronger than regular shots, so maybe longer stronger shots? might be wrong but that’s all i’ve heard about it

yuup! ristretto shots pull faster because there is less water in the shots which does change the flavour to be more concentrated and sweeter ig. Long shots have more water in them and thus makes it more diluted and gives it a “deeper” taste.
