I want to get my septum pierced. have any of you gotten it and what’s starbucks policy against it?

My manager has one, I think it’s just that you can’t have more than one facial piercing.

I've had one since well before I was hired, and I've only gotten minor grief from some power-tripping shifts for it. Our DM and SM doesn't care, though, so you should be fine.

I have mine but I've been told they're not allowed.
You can flip it up during your shift but I think it varies from store to store. Just make sure by asking you SM

The 2020 dress code allows for one facial piercing. As far as I know, the one page document on starbucks.com/dresscode overrides all of the 2016 Lookbook.

Yes, one small nose stud. No hoops/ rings and in parentheses it says no septum piercings. But, it's store to store thing. I have both my nostrils pierced but my SM allows me to have them both in because they're small studs and hardly anyone has even noticed both are pierced. And I recently saw my DM and she said nothing about it.
