This lady comes in all the time and wants 3 half caff ristretto shots in a venti cup with extra ice and almond milk to the top. How would one charge this? Seems like a latte to me. Like after it’s made it’s literally a latte with extra ice.

Yeah that’s literally a latte. You should ask your manager but policy is that you have to charge it as a latte

idk i mean if u do like extra extra ice then ig its not too bad but honestly at my store we dont get paid enough to fight customers over the “correct pricing,” at least not for that kind of stuff😝😂

The company rather comply with this bitch's "hack" and keep her for life than charge her correctly. It's not worth the confrontation honestly, but you best believe I'm putting a shit ton of ice in her cup.

It’s a latte. At the very least, you have to up-charge them for the milk.
