I don’t know. It’s stupid in my opinion. The app doesn’t also doesn’t show classic syrup in the strawberry Frappuccino or let people order cups of water in a mobile. It’s weird

Yep. The strawberry and matcha frappuccinos get classic. You can see it when you ring it into the computer. It’s a very forgotten rule of the drink

The drink ingredients is a fail but can you imagine how many fucking cups of water we would get on mobile if it was an option! I had some dipshit UBER EATS 20 SMALL BAGS, JUST BAGS!!!! Thankfully my manager allowed us to cancel it.

You’re definitely right but water should be allowed as an add on if they get something else. At least that way the cups of water will definitely be factored into the labor instead of them asking for it at the drop off, which doesn’t necessarily get added unless somebody rings it in

I’ve seen it mentioned in Reddit plenty of times. Honestly I think we need a mass questioning to get them to change it. Can’t just be one person asking
