Y’all already know how long it takes to make that drink, let alone make cafe drinks as well! And y’all already KNOW sometimes that drive bar has to double up! She comes in here hooting and hollaring 2 MINUTES AFTER PUTTING HER DRINK THROUGH! Fussing, cussing, demanding a refund. Every night, sometimes twice a day. Then...she evolved...........Venti hot toasted white mocha, 7 toasted white mocha, 1 classic, 8 shots, no foam, no whip, no topping, AND a venti ICED toasted white mocha, 5 shots, 7 toasted, LIGHT ice (3 cubes, or else)...all mobile order. Even more, she has a son! (And a daughter but well focus on Kevin) unfortunately, he’s referred to as the spawn. We’re lucky when he comes to collect...but then the backlash is worse when her drinks are “wrong”. Sorry what? This sounds like they should be charged for two drinks. Can you outline what’s in each cup one cup at a time so I can understand better? It sounds like one is a grande single cappuccino with one raw sugar one equal and the second is a grande single ristretto latte. With the amount of milk and labor involved that is absolutely two drinks and should be charged as such. I would bring this up with your SSV or SM if SSVs are all complying with the way it’s ordered or if your SM is complying with it your SOL and I’m sorry!
