Venti mocha frap- 20 pumps of frap roast, no milk. Not really that bad of a thing every once in a awhile- bad when she orders 14 during happy hour!

I had this lady come in asking for 20 pumps of peppermint in her white mocha. I asked her if I heard her right, just wanted to make sure she really wanted that, and she said "I can't taste it if there isn't that many pumps in there" The concoction of syrups and espresso were more than half a grande cup.

Guy comes in for a grande latte in a venti cup. Half breve, half heavy cream. 6 pumps vanilla. 5 splenda. Extra hot. Light foam. And fill the cup with whipped cream. Caramel drizzle with cinnamon dolce topping.
I've even mentioned that we have sugar free vanilla incase he'd like that instead of both vanilla and splenda. Nope.

My old store had a regular that came in weekly to get her two venti iced caramel macchiatos with heavy cream, sub 11 pumps sfv, 3 stevia and she had us use brewed pike instead of espresso.

I tried it once out of curiosity... i was better off not knowing.
