This woman orders a frap. Comes to the window to pay. She's holding her phone, app open to orders, and asks if we're doing the promotion on the app for a free strawberry acai refresher. I take one look and say "Ma'am you're on the review order page..." she was trying to pull one over on me! Like, for real? 😂 did she really think I wouldn't realize she had started an order, that it wasn't a promotion? People are screwy. All for a free drink. Damn.
