Hey no problem asking people a question, but am curious why you aren't asking your store? It will be on the recipe cards if you are worried/embarrassed about asking your partners at your store. Recipe cards can also be found on partner hub if you can't find them in store.

I made a sheet for myself and I share it with new partners with all the recipes for drinks and ingredients with expiration times. I’ve asked about the recipe cards to my manager and she jus kinda pushes it off. Idk

You can always check the register! Ring up a drink it'll show you the ingredients and amount of shots/pumps of stuff
