There’s a lady at my store who gets a venti dark roast with “12 full pumps of classic”

Oh that’s for amateurs. Lol I have a customer that gets daily a venti iced 11 pumps vanilla and 18 pumps white mocha with heavy whipping cream. I tried it once and almost vomited on the spot. Then I have a customer that gets a 16 pump frap roast coffee Frappuccino. She’s a chain smoker and all but admitted it’s hard for her to taste the coffee. In the 3 years I’ve worked there, it’s increased from 11-16 pumps.

One of my old regulars at my last location used to get a trenta black iced tea lemonade with 45-50 pumps of liquid cane sugar

why not just take an adderall and a laxative

We have a customer that gets a venti iced coffee with 21 pumps of classic and extra heavy cream.

At my old store we had a lady who would order a black tea lemonade with 12 pumps in drive through. She sent it back enough times that we just started putting 18 in off the bat.

Back in Florida when we had the southern sweet tea which had a full pound of sugar already in it I had a partner who ordered it with no water and 12 pumps of classic

There's a regular at my store who at least once a day mobile orders a grande iced white mocha with 9 pumps white mocha and 3 or 4 sugar packets... FOR HIS YOUNG DAUGHTER (11 or 12 yrs old, maybe!!)

the number of teenage girls that come through and get iced coffee with vanilla, toffee nut, AND classic makes me want to puke

The old store I used to work at, we had a regular who every day got a Trenta green tea “AS SWEEEEET AS YOU CAN MAKE IT!” After getting it sent back for more twice cause it wasn’t sweet enough, one of our partners put 45 pumps of classic in it, she tasted it and said it was perfect.
So she came in

Honestly everyone at that store got their tea so sweet, we were low volume (~4K a day on a busy one) but our par for classic for one week was 15 bottles.

This makes me really sad though. I’m cutting way back on my added sugar intake (not worrying about sugar in milk or fruit for example) and it’s so... disheartening to see people filling their bodies with this stuff :(

2 venti Breve lattes no foam 15 pumps SFVanilla each then he put like 15 packs of equal in each after his "workout"....

A have a girl that comes in my location almost everyday and gets a venti passion tango with no liquid cane but then adds 13 splenda and 10 pumps of raspberry and she’ll come back for at least two refills on the same day.

We used to have one guy get 25 pumps of classic in a venti black tea lemonade (years ago when hot bar pumps of classic was standard in iced teas) he would come through at like 6 am and get this and order it like with zero shame

Had a guy order something through mobile and it had 12 pumps of 2 different syrups, 8 pumps of sfv and 8 pumps sfcd with a few actual sugar packets in it. I believe it was espresso shots and like a splash of milk haha

I had this woman come back to the handoff 3 times because her Strawberry açaí wasn’t sweet enough. It totaled out to 20 pumps of cane sugar in that venti cup.

Had a lady order a vanilla latte, she said she only wanted to taste the vanilla, as a joke i put 80 pumps of vanilla on the sticker, i later learned 80 pumps of vanilla fills up about 80% of a venti cup

Oh, we have a customer that gets 35 pumps of LCs...no joke!! In fact, she used to get 25 and then added 10 more!!!! How these people don’t have diabetes and still have all their teeth, i’ll never know 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had a customer months ago order a latte with 9 honeys. This was before the honey blend so I couldn’t ever suggest that. 9 honeys is just a pain to deal with 😭

I had a regular complain about it didn't taste like there was milk in her ice coffee. Her order had 36 pumps of flavors so... There was maybe room for 2 oz of ice coffee and 4oz of milk? Of course you can't taste the milk, fool! Ya ordered a cup of syrup!

I have this customer that comes in multiple times a day and orders a venti nonfat hazelnut latte with 20 pumps. I don’t even understand the point in her getting nonfat at that point it’s like a syrup misto once the syrup and espresso is in it

Ugh reminds me of this one weird kid that orders a tall ice coffee with milk, no ice and 15 freaking pumps of hazelnut. And he usually gets at least one refill, sometimes two. 15 pumps in a tall ice cup is literally 2/3s of the cup. And during happy hour he will usually order two venti salted caramel mocha frapps with three extra pumps of each syrup and drink them both in one sitting...

The worst I’ve had is a Trenta Green iced tea with 12 pumps of LCS

Few things.

1) LCS is trash. Not sweet at all. Classic is the only option.

2) most LCS is pumped with CBS pumps... Which means half amounts anyhow.

3) I get trenta black no water, 15 pumps classic.

4) I'd probably get 20 if I knew I wouldn't get so judged by my partners. Lol

The worst I’ve seen are

- trenta decaf iced coffee, 15 pumps SF vanilla, extra soy, light ice

- venti Starbucks double shot on ice, 8 shots, 8 pumps white mocha, 8 pumps cinnamon dolce, half and half, extra ice

I once had a little boy, couldn’t have been older than 10 at most order at the bar a venti blonde double shot on ice with two extra shots. He’d come in with his father and I assumed it was for his dad who was waiting at the table while his son ordered with me. I said, is your dad okay with 2 percent or does he want heavy cream? The kid poker faced replied “It’s for me.” I guess I couldn’t hide the shock on my face and he followed up his reply with “2% please, nothing is more important than staying awake.” Truly the most ominous experience I’ve ever had with a kid. 😅

Had a customer who always ordered a venti coffee with 20 PACKETS of sugar. What a pain. Nicest lady.
