Another favorite from today, this guy asked for a mocha frap...but wanted it with chocolate in it. Mocha...is chocolate? We all stared at each other. Finally one of us said "you want us to add some java chips?" And he got SO excited lol

Also, a few times we've had moms who come in the drive-thru asking for a cup of milk with no ice and chocolate sauce in it, for their kid. Usually we'll repeat it as we were taught to - "Tall cup of milk, no ice, mocha syrup" (or something like that lol)
And they'll usually say, "NO! NO! Not coffee! It's for my small child, I want chocolate sauce in it, not mocha!!"
Oof.
