It’s sooo satisfying! The other day we had 8 baristas working, everyone where they’re the best and we had our drive time average down to 37 seconds. I was handing drinks out basically as soon as they got to the window the only thing slowing us down was the time it took for a credit card to process in the card reader and the time it took to get change from big bills. We had made it a personal challenge to get to 36 but sadly we never made it for more than a few seconds as a 4 minute car really slowed us down as they tried to add money to the app at the window.
