Tomorrow marks one month which is when the online stuff is supposed to be done allegedly, but we are about 30% done

Training is usually about 4-5 days... like total with the online modules and practice on the floor

Yep and that’s when I felt I could make any drink and run the register. But the other person (only 16, first job) hasn’t been able to learn how to even steam the milk so they keep extending both of us.

Training should be a total of about 30 hours. about 1/2 computer modules and 1/2 floor time with your trainer. My SM usually schedules that time over about a week depending on the availability of the trainer and the new hire. Then at the end of training she does a skill check to make sure you learned everything you were supposed to. What you're describing is very weird, and I've never seen anything like it.
