When do I charge for milk/cream!? I only remember that the right screen is for iced coffee. I keep pissing off some of my coworkers when I do it wrong.

Anything that uses over 4 ounces
Lattes, frapps, etc.
The only thing you wouldn’t charge is iced coffee, cold brew, hot coffee, stuff like that. Anything you would only put a “splash” in.

I just think when I’m changing the milk that’s already in something I charge but not when I’m adding it
Like:
a vanilla latte with coconut milk (changing the 2%) : charge
Iced coffee with cream: don’t charge
